In brief
- We use your details to quote, schedule and deliver Vocal recording, Mixing and our other studio services.
- No ad cookies, no sale of data; client recordings are not used to train AI.

1. Who is responsible?
The controller for personal data processed through nanigolixar.digital and at our studio at Haarlemmerweg 247, 1051 LZ Amsterdam, is Nanigolixar B.V. (private limited company (B.V.)). Trade register 83069435, VAT NL841087246B01. Privacy contact: Linde van der Berg via [email protected] and 020 785 42 16.

2. Scope
This policy covers website visitors, people who use contact, and clients who book or work with us on recording, mixing or mastering. See FAQ for booking and file delivery.
When a business client asks us to record guests, hosts or artists, that client is usually the controller for their data. We then act as processor under our data processing agreement. For you as a direct client or visitor, this privacy policy applies.
3. Data we collect
Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), service requested, preferred date (optional) and your message. Without required fields we cannot send a tailored reply within about 2 business days.
Quotes, bookings and delivery: billing details, project or band name, scheduling, email and phone threads, payment references. Card payments at the studio use our bank terminal; we do not store card numbers.
Recordings: voice and musical performances are personal data when they identify someone. We use them only for the agreed production. If you film inside the studio, you remain responsible for video.
Technical: TransIP B.V. keeps server logs (IP address, time, page) for security. Your cookie choice is stored locally; see cookie policy.
We do not ask for special-category data. For rescheduling you do not need to share medical information.

Listed rates such as €121 for Vocal recording are indicative; contract prices are on your quote including 21% VAT where applicable.
5. Voice, image, minors and AI
We do not publish excerpts of your recordings, session photos or names on social media without prior written consent. Session rights: session rights overview.
We do not use client material to train or test AI systems or to create voice clones unless the data subject gives explicit written consent.
The online form is intended for people aged 16 and over. Younger performers work with a parent or guardian who supplies the necessary information.
6. Recipients
Only team members who need access receive data, including Linde van der Berg as listed on about us. External recipients may include:
- TransIP B.V., hosting and email in the Netherlands;
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), forwarding contact form messages;
- accountant, for invoices under professional duty;
- bank, for payments;
- authorities, when required by law.
Each processor has Article 28 GDPR terms. Business clients may request our data processing agreement.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Website hosting stays in the European Economic Area with TransIP B.V.. FormSubmit is operated from the United States; contact form content may be routed there briefly.
We rely on GDPR Article 49(1)(b) where needed for steps you request before a contract. To avoid that route, email [email protected] or call 020 785 42 16; we handle your request the same way.
8. Security
Measures include HTTPS, restricted access with strong passwords, encrypted disks where feasible, locked premises outside sessions, and deletion of archive files after 12 months unless extended in terms and conditions.
If a breach risks your rights we notify the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens and inform you when required. No online transfer is risk-free; once received we protect data as described here.
9. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact [email protected] or post to Haarlemmerweg 247, 1051 LZ Amsterdam.
We respond within one month; complex cases may take two more months with explanation. Copies are free unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

10. Cookies
No analytics, marketing or social trackers. Only your choice is stored as nngl_consent_v1 for 182 days in localStorage. Equal-weight accept, reject and customise buttons. Details: cookie policy; change via .
11. External links
We link to OpenStreetMap for directions. Tram 13 and bus 22 stop at Haarlemmerplein; from there it is about a six-minute walk along Haarlemmerweg. From Amsterdam Centraal station it is roughly a twelve-minute walk toward Westerpark. Limited on-street parking; bicycle racks in front of the entrance. Third-party sites have their own policies.
12. Changes
We update this policy when services or law change. Current version on this page, dated 15 October 2026. Material changes may be emailed to active clients. Contract terms prevail: terms and conditions.
