Booking in four steps
- Enquiry. Via Contact, 020 785 42 16 or [email protected]: service, duration, references and dates.
- Quote. Within 2 working days: slot suggestion and price incl. VAT.
- Deposit. 30 % confirms the reservation; see terms and conditions.
- Session. Balance per invoice; business clients 14 days after invoice date.
Reschedule and cancellation
More than 5 calendar days before the session: free reschedule or cancellation. Inside that window the deposit may be forfeited or partly offset — full rules in terms and conditions. In force majeure we look for a new date within a reasonable time.
