Grouped by topic. Legal detail lives in terms and conditions and privacy policy; practical notes in guides.

Booking and payment

How do I reserve a session?

Message us via Contact, call 020 785 42 16 or email [email protected]. Include service, estimated duration and dates. Within 2 working days we send a slot suggestion and written quote incl. VAT.

What deposit do you require?

30 % of the quoted amount after you accept. Only then we block engineer and rooms. The balance follows your invoice; business clients have 14 days after invoice date.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card in the studio by arrangement. IBAN and reference are on quote and invoice. Cash is not accepted.

Do your rates include VAT?

Yes. On Services you see excl. and incl. amounts at 21 % VAT. Mix per track for example €290 incl.; the excl. amount is in the same table.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Yes, with trade register and VAT ID if you provide them before the session. Business terms and payment deadline follow terms and conditions.

During the session

Should I arrive early for setup?

Billable time starts at the booked slot. Short setup is included; heavy backline rigging should be booked as extra time or agreed upfront with the engineer via Contact.

How many people can attend?

Up to 8 people in total when safe and acoustically workable. Larger groups need prior notice; visitors may rotate between live room and lounge.

Can I bring my own instruments and amps?

Yes. We stock a standard drum kit, DIs and amps in the live room. We check your gear together for hum and levels before recording.

Who operates the console?

Always a Nanigolixar engineer. No unattended self-service sessions. For mix and master we work with you in person or remotely with clear feedback rounds.

What if the session runs long?

Extensions only if the next slot is free and you agree in advance. Extra time is billed per started half hour at the booked service hourly rate.

Files and delivery

Which formats do you deliver?

24-bit WAV at 48 kHz by default, or your project sample rate. Stems get clear names; mixes as WAV and optionally AAC in mp4 for phone checks.

How do I receive files?

Secure download link or upload to your cloud if you grant access. Large band sessions may ship in batches after corruption checks.

How long do you keep sessions?

12 months after the last session of the same project. Then we delete server copies. Keep your own backups; we are not your long-term archive.

How many revisions are included in mix and master?

2 agreed revision rounds per contract. Additional rounds or new arrangements are quoted separately.

Can I take raw takes on my own drive?

On request and when time allows we copy takes to your USB-C drive. Default delivery remains via link; see podcast formats for mono/stereo exports.

Rights and privacy

Who owns the recordings?

After full payment you receive usage rights as set out in terms and conditions. Nanigolixar does not claim co-ownership of your music or voice recordings.

Do you use my audio for promotion?

Only with written permission per track. Without permission we do not use sessions in demos or social posts. See privacy policy for contact data processing.

Do you train AI on client material?

No. Session files are not used to train machine learning models. We do not voice-clone without explicit written agreement with the speaker.

What if several artists record?

Everyone signs a short session statement with name and role beforehand. More detail in session rights overview and on request via Contact.

Do you process personal data outside the EU?

Form data runs via FormSubmit; retention and subprocessors are in privacy policy. For data processing agreements: DPA.
