Published mix prices
Rates on services are authoritative. One track is €290 incl. 21% VAT (net €239.67). An EP up to five songs is €990; an album up to ten is €1,750. Larger works get a custom quote via contact with the same transparency.
That covers balance, EQ, dynamics, space and stereo mix exports plus agreed revision rounds. It does not include extra recording days in our live room — those sit under band recording or vocal recording hourly rates.
Included scope and exclusions
Two revision rounds per track are standard per terms and conditions (service-level 2 rounds where applicable). Send timestamped notes; open-ended tweaking without a plan is not included. Vocal fixes after a new recording day are a separate job.
Not included: re-recording parts, adding instruments, sample clearance, distribution or artwork. Mastering is €85 per single, €240 per EP or €420 per album — often the next step after mix.
Delivering stems without delay
Export WAV 24-bit where possible, one zip with clear names: 01_kick.wav, 01_bass_dry.wav. Avoid clipped buses; leave headroom. Include tempo, key and a rough mix as intent reference, not as final product.
We store uploads 12 months while you remain a client of Nanigolixar B.V.. You keep your own backup. Large projects? Confirm sample rate upfront — consistency saves import time and revision capacity.
Singles versus collections
One five-minute single with twenty stems usually fits the track fee. Five separate singles cost more than €990 — plan collections deliberately. Albums beyond ten tracks add per-song lines in the quote.
Home rough mixes help decide which songs need a pro mix. Sometimes mastering on a solid home balance is enough; sometimes phase or low-end issues force a mix pass. Unsure? Send a clip via [email protected] — we say plainly what is needed.
Timeline and communication
Mix is async: no studio hour unless you book live feedback. Delivery date sits in the quote. Feedback turnaround on business days; rush may carry a surcharge if the calendar allows.
Business clients may get 14 days payment term on invoice when quoted. Consumers pay per confirmed quote, often with a 30% deposit at booking. VAT invoice details: send company IDs through contact.
Amsterdam pricing without hidden surcharges
Prices apply at our Haarlemmerweg room in Amsterdam; no extra “city centre” fee on top of the track rate. Getting here: Tram 13 and bus 22 stop at Haarlemmerplein; from there it is about a six-minute walk along Haarlemmerweg. From Amsterdam Centraal station it is roughly a twelve-minute walk toward Westerpark. Limited on-street parking; bicycle racks in front of the entrance.. Parking stress does not add line items, but it costs time — plan it in your delivery week, not on mix day.
